RETURN AND REFUND
WE ARE A DISTRIBUTOR AND WE INSPECT ALL ITEMS BEFORE THEY LEAVE OUR FACILITY. IT IS A HEALTH VIOLATION TO ACCEPT RETURNS AS IT MAY BE CONTAMINATED BY CONSUMER ONCE IT IS OPENED. THEREFORE, WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON THIS SPECIFIC PRODUCT.
SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipments in 48 states, except Alaska and Hawaii: Free Shipping on all orders over $150 or more except heavy items (Acrylic Metal Frame, Automatic Dispenser Stand …)
Your shipping charges will be calculated base on each actual item/product. For bulk orders or pallet shipments, we will contact you before we ship the orders. For most of the products, we offer FREE shipping charges if the orders are over $150.
For faster delivery, you can have your order shipped expedited or express for an additional charge. (Please note that orders placed after 3:00 p.m. do not process until the next business day. All orders received over the weekend (Friday – Sunday) will not be processed until Monday a.m. Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.)
UPS will not deliver to a P.O. BOX.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS – INCLUDING CANADA
All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination. Sorry, our free shipping offer does not apply to International orders. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs.
Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the customers. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs import policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local custom broker or tax authority for information specific to your situation.
Shipping Method
International orders are shipped via Air Mail which can take approximately 1-3 weeks for delivery.
Please Note: Orders are shipped by UPS wherever possible. All orders received over the weekend (Friday – Sunday) will not be processed until Monday a.m. and UPS shipping is available only in the contiguous 48 states.
